2016 Food Trends

In 2016, there are many fantastic trends coming soon. One the of the trends are open diners so patrons can see how the chef is cooking and think that they are at home. It is open all day and night so people can eat breakfast any time they want.

Another one is Tiki Bars that will bring the Hawaiian culture to town. This will help the restaurants get a better profit during lunch and dinner because people like to try a new experience like different beverages.

Collaboration Restaurants help people experience a new and brilliant idea of combining foods to a masterpiece. Mike Isabella opened a collaboration restaurant that was named Yona because of the combination of Japanese and Korean foods.
