Don’t Forget To Fall Back!

Looks like it’s time our clocks get back to their standard time because Daylight Saving Time ends Sunday, November 6, 2016! Don’t forget to change your clocks at 2:00 AM! If you don’t know what Daylight Saving Time is. here’s a brief description.

Summer Time, Daylight Savings Time, and Spring forward are alternate names for Daylight Saving Time. DST is when local standard time is about to reach the second Sunday of March at 2:00:00 AM of any year. Clocks will be turned forward one hour and sunrise and sunset will be about an hour or so later the next day. This will allow for more light in the evenings.

For something to begin it must also end, thus bringing forward the ending of DST. On the second Sunday of November at 2:00 AM of any year time is brought back an hour to 1:00 AM. This time is known as Winter Time or Fall Back. Sunrise and sunset will be about one hour earlier than the day before. Now there will be more daylight hours in the mornings instead of having more daylight in the evenings.
