Bella Dunemann is a junior at Millbrook High. Although everybody always says that junior year is the hardest, Bella feels that “things have almost slowed down.” Maybe it’s because her time management skills have gotten better.
So far, sophomore year was her favorite year at Millbrook because she enjoyed all her classes and was more involved. Her favorite class is chemistry because, “I was already interested in the subject and Mr. Copenhaver made it better.” Although she can’t decide who her favorite teacher is, Mr. Copenhaver, Mr. Ratliff, and Mrs. Henderson are tied for first! She has been involved in Key Club, FFA, and FBLA. Her favorite club activity has been either FFA Bingo or the Halloween Carnival held for elementary school kids.
She is very excited for Prom. She is looking forward to it because, “it will be fun to dress up.” She is ready for senior year to start and especially can’t wait to decorate her graduation cap. After graduation, she plans on going to college to study biochemistry. Dunemann is not sure which college she wishes to go to, but would like to attend a college in North Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, or the University of Nebraska.
