Mrs. Stump is one of the Earth Science teachers at Millbrook. She’s been teaching for over 15 years in a few different schools. Mrs. Stump taught in Warren County, at Sherando, and when Millbrook opened, she settled into the Millbrook lifestyle. “I love to teach Earth Science because I can make it fun everyday.” She decided to teach science over math because science gives more opportunities to be creative and to do enjoyable projects or labs. “Science is the platform where learning is mixed with fun labs, which are very important to this idea because they can be relaxing for students and a way for them to waste some energy.” After school Mrs. Stump’s family keeps her very busy. Her son, Jaden, attends Millbrook and is active in the band.
