Meet “The Funny Bunches Of Moats”

Christopher Moats, or more commonly known among friends as Batman, is a 15 year old sophomore at Millbrook High. He was raised by very loving and caring parents who always try to help him reach for the best things in life. Christopher has always lived in Winchester VA, and describes himself to be the ‘Funny Bunches of Moats.”

Christopher is more of an indoors kind of guy, and always has been as explained in this quote, “I did not do a lot of outside playing. I was more of a board games and video games kinda guy.”  As a child Moats mother bred chihuahuas, “We always had like tiny little dogs running around the house.” Age aside, Christopher describes his earliest memory as running around in a Easter hunt at a very young age.

In his free time Christopher enjoys playing his guitar, shooting b-b guns, and likes to go on walks. A few interesting facts about Christopher is that his favorite foods are pizza and mint chocolate chip ice cream, his favorite movie is Forrest Gump and lastly his favorite color is green. “Something i’ll never forget is my first time playing laser tag. It was kinda the first time I ever really shot anything outside of a video game. It made me feel like I was really inside of one.”
Christopher often posts videos of him rocking out on his guitar, jamming to his favorite genre of music which is rock. A very big goal for Moats is bettering his guitar skills, along with some other goals like losing weight and working in a mechanical field. Christopher is currently striving for an advanced diploma to further his career goals. When talking about how he wants people to look back on his life he states, “I want to be remembered as someone who always did the best they could or the closest they could to the right thing. Someone who could be depended on.”
