The Moto Moto Marimba Band

Moto Moto marimba is a group of musicians: Jona Masiya and the Mawuya drummers. They will be performing Shona songs from Zimbabwe on January 19 at 7pm. It is $15 at the door. They will be performing at the Shenandoah Arts Council located at 811 S. Loudoun Street.


Handley Library BTS Tour

On January 21, staff and volunteers will give a tour of this historic library at 1 pm. They will talk about the architecture and the history of the library. They will take people behind the scenes of each floor, including the glass doors and the well. Tours are free, but making a reservation would be helpful. To make a reservation, call 540-662-9041, ext. 11. The Handley Library is located at 100 W. Piccadilly St.


Dueling Pianos
Sing at the top of you lungs with your friends while two talented pianists play all the songs that are requested. This show is request-oriented and interactive. The pianists will be able to play any song whether it’s 50’s, 60’s, 70’s, 80’s, 90’s, or current! The crowd is sure to love every second of the show. It’s perfect for all ages. This event will be held on January 22. There is a lunch and a dinner show. Advanced tickets are $10; tickets at the door are $15. Come join at the Bright Box Theater at 15 N. Loudoun St.
